One-hour workshop

Ideal for any group or special event, one-hour workshops include a guided relaxation component, leaving participants feeling refreshed and connected.

Thirty-minute boost

Perfect for lunchtime workplace sessions, seniors, and those in residential aged care. These workshops can be enjoyed seated, making them accessible to all.

With 12 years of professional experience, two Laughter Yoga certifications (including one in New York), and combined Heal Your Life and EFT Tapping training, I bring a warm and caring approach to each workshop so all participants feel comfortable and accepted. The inclusion of easy to remember stress-relief techniques and explanations on the therapeutic benefits of laughter means attendees can take away useful information to use themselves. I have public liability insurance, a WWCC and National Police Check for Employment. My background in stand-up comedy and hosting trivia nights ensures energy, excitement and fun!
